Candied fresh figs with red fruit coulis

  • colored sprinkles

  • mint
    a few leaves
  • red fruit coulis (frozen)

Wash the figs gently, cut them into quarters, sprinkle them with icing sugar and put them in the oven for a few minutes to glaze them.

Coat the bottom of 4 dessert plates with red fruit coulis.

Arrange them harmoniously in a circle on the grout.

Decorate this colored vermicelli and a few mint leaves.

Two options are open to you, serve the figs still warm on the cold coulis (hot-cold), or let them cool before serving them.

In season, garnish with a few fresh raspberries.
