Chaud-cold cherries flambéed with kirsch and vanilla ice cream

  • cherries
    500 g
  • butter
    50g
  • kirsch
    3 tablespoons
  • sugar
    100 g
  • vanilla ice cream
    8 scoops

Wash the cherries. Stone them, collecting the juice.

Melt the butter.

Add cherries, sugar, kirsch and juice.

Leave to heat for a few minutes over low heat.

Gently mix the cherries with the cooking juices so that the fruits are well coated.

Divide the scoops of vanilla ice cream into chilled cups.

Pour the hot cherries over it and serve immediately.
