Shaded yogurt, the gourmet and super pretty dessert [Video]

This is a trend that is not about to stop:after being all the rage on the hair, the shade is available on food. We must admit that colored food with a gradient is super pretty. And who says super pretty, says super instagrammable! And it doesn't have to be very difficult to do. The proof with this blueberry shaded yogurt recipe, published by the site
Well+Good . Delicious, light and fresh, it will accompany our desserts this summer. "It's a yoghurt made from sheep's milk," explains chef Alexis Bondaroff, "because this milk has good fatty acids, vitamins and minerals, and it is better absorbed by the body than cow's milk." Another good point:the texture of sheep's milk yoghurt is creamy, which makes it easier to create the shade. Finally, sheep yogurt is rich in protein, low in sugars and, combined with blueberry, it offers an antioxidant boost.

Ingredients (for 4 desserts):

600 g white sheep's cheese

200g frozen blueberries

Maple syrup

1 teaspoon lemon zest

Blueberries for decoration

1/ Create a blueberry puree by mixing frozen blueberries, maple syrup and lemon zest.

2/ Mix half of the blueberry puree with half of the sheep's milk yoghurt, until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.

3/ In a verrine, put a layer of natural sheep's milk yogurt, then the same dose of yogurt/blueberry puree mixture. We finish with the blueberry purée.

4/ If you want, add some thawed blueberries on top. Good app!

NB:if you want a more spectacular visual result, you can divide the yogurt into more than two portions and dose the blueberry purée to obtain different shades of purple.
