5 foods that make you hungry

Fast food

They contain a lot of trans fats which, when consumed, alter the body's ability to produce certain neurotransmitters that control appetite, such as serotonin and dopamine.

Pasta and bread

Regular white pasta is made from refined wheat stripped of its nutrients. There is not a lot of fiber left, but it is they that stall, without it, you quickly become hungry again after eating. Pasta and bread also increase insulin levels, so we choose them whole.

Salty snacks

Very salty, they lead to dehydration and somehow "confuse" the body, which was hungry and also becomes very thirsty. As they are carbohydrates, they are also very quickly digested and make you want to eat more.

Cereals

They end up making you hungry because they contain a high level of hidden sugar, and are mainly made up of white flour… They therefore quickly raise the level of insulin and blood sugar responsible for the feeling of hunger that returns. Most also contain very little fibre.

Sushi

Sushi is a lot of white rice and therefore carbohydrates. They are therefore also quickly digested because they contain so little fiber.
