Black bean brownie recipe

This recipe is so surprising:the black beans provide a perfect brownie base, but you can't taste it.

You need this

  • 400 g black beans (1 can)
  • 3 small bananas, 2 eggs
  • 4 heaped tbsp (raw) cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil (butter is also possible)
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • some sea salt

Get started
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Drain the black beans well. Place them in the blender with all the other ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour the batter into a brownie tin and bake in the oven for about 30 minutes.
