Yellow bell pepper power smoothie

Do you regularly put bell peppers in your shopping cart and do you want to prepare something different with it? Make a yellow pepper power smoothie.

Ingredients for 1 smoothie
1 Yellow bell pepper
½ Fresh mango or a large handful of mango cubes from the freezer
1 Banana, preferably frozen
250 Milliliters of coconut water
1 Teaspoon of coconut oil (or replace with olive oil)

Get started
Dice the bell pepper and place in a large mixing bowl with the rest of the ingredients. If you don't have coconut water, you can also replace it with a vegetable milk such as almond milk or rice milk. Puree with a stick blender until smooth and serve with a straw.
