- 150 g stale bread

- 4 tablespoons of oil

- 4 cloves of garlic

- salt and pepper

How to

1. Peel the garlic cloves.

2. Remove the germ.

3. Press them with a garlic press, like this one.

4. Mix the crushed garlic well with the oil.

5. Season with salt and pepper.

6. Cut the bread into small pieces.

7. Put them in a salad bowl.

8. Pour over the garlic flavored oil .

9. Leave to macerate 30 min so that the juice permeates the bread well.

10. Heat your oven to 200°C (thermostat 7).

11. Put the bread on the baking sheet covered with parchment paper.

12. Toast the croutons for 5 min.

13. Turn them over and grill them for another 5 minutes. Watch them so they don't burn.

14. Take them out of the oven and place them on absorbent paper.
